Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern access to ATS Checker. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old or old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.

The service

ATS Checker provides resume parsing, ATS-readability checks, job-description matching, user-reviewed writing assistance, resume and cover-letter exports, LinkedIn profile suggestions, and a private job-application tracker.

The application tracker is for a user's own job search. ATS Checker does not publish job listings, operate a recruiting or employment marketplace, act for employers, or guarantee an interview, offer, or employment outcome.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining secure access to your Google account and device. Provide accurate information and notify support@atschecker.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Resume content and AI output

You retain ownership of resume, job, and application content you submit. You grant ATS Checker a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.

AI-assisted writing features provide a custom ATS Checker interface over third-party text AI infrastructure. ATS Checker is independently branded and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of any underlying model provider.

You are responsible for confirming that submitted and exported materials are accurate, lawful, and truthful. AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain mistakes and must be reviewed before use. You must not use ATS Checker to invent credentials, employment, education, achievements, or other material facts.

ATS scores and recommendations are informational. Employers use different systems and hiring criteria, so ATS Checker does not promise compatibility with every system or any hiring result.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Break applicable laws or infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Upload content you do not have the right to process.
• Misrepresent another person or create deceptive application materials.
• Probe, bypass, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with service security or plan limits.
• Distribute malware, spam, abusive content, or automated traffic that harms the service or other users.
• Resell account access or use ATS Checker as an unauthorized marketplace.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance.

Plans and billing

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout.

• Single Job Pass is a one-time purchase for one job project and does not renew automatically.
• 90-Day Job Search Sprint is a one-time purchase providing 90 days of access and does not renew automatically.
• Monthly Flex is billed monthly and automatically renews at the displayed monthly price until canceled.

Creem acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through Creem. Creem may collect payment information, calculate and remit applicable taxes, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and assist with refunds and disputes.

Plan allowances, access periods, and included features are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. We do not change the price of an existing recurring subscription without legally required notice.

Cancellation

You can cancel Monthly Flex from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. The Billing page shows whether access ends immediately or at the end of the current paid period based on the payment-provider status returned for that subscription.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a completed charge. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility and instructions.

Refunds and payment disputes

Refund requests must be sent to support@atschecker.app. We respond within three business days. The full request process and plan-specific rules are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep ATS Checker available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features to improve the product, address security or legal requirements, or manage third-party dependencies. Material changes affecting paid access will receive reasonable notice where practicable.

Intellectual property

ATS Checker software, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ATS Checker technology or branding to users.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, ATS Checker is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for hiring decisions, missed opportunities, user-provided inaccuracies, or indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Any limitation that is prohibited by applicable law does not apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
